How does it work?
1) Add enquiries from your customers. 2) Select Products/Services you offer with the pricing. 3) Select other charges and terms. 4) Tap "Send Quote" to share via WhatsApp and Email. 5) Tap "Revise Quote" to update the quote and send it again.
Is Quote Bhej free to use?
Yes! Quote Bhej is free for individual entrepreneurs. We plan to launch paid plans for teams in the future.
Do I need training to use it?
No! Our app is designed to be user friendly and intuitive. But we provide tutorials to use the app via our YouTube channel.
How do I track multiple Enquiries from a client?
All enquiries from a single client are displayed within their profile. You can easily see the history of quotations and enquiries without confusion.
How do I make multiple revisions for a quote?
Simply click the "Add Revision" button and make your changes directly in the existing quote. You can create as many versions as needed without starting from scratch.
Can I share the quotes on other platforms besides WhatsApp and Email?
Yes! You can download the PDF quotations and share it any way and print it as you want.
